Personified Safety Program

At Personified, we believe our employees are our greatest asset and that our employees have the right to work in an environment free of safety and health hazards. Personified is fully OSHA compliant and takes a serious proactive approach to providing a safe work environment for its employees. We do this by insisting our work environment be free of recognized hazards as well as mandating employees complete training courses in OSHA compliance and complete on-the-job training so that they are able to complete their jobs safely. We have numerous written safety programs that are available for review and strictly enforce our safety policies.

Safety Mission

The mission of the safety program at Personified is to provide a safe and healthy atmosphere for our employees and all other persons working around them. The goal of the program is to have total OSHA compliance and zero accidents that may result in injury or damage to property.

Safety Program and Training

Personified makes its comprehensive written safety program available to all employees and contractors who do business with us. Many of our supervisors have successfully completed the OSHA 10 hour voluntary compliance outreach training program in construction. Completion cards for these courses are available upon request. All personified employees are mandated to complete safety training in back safety, hazard communication, accident reporting, ladder safety, and respiratory protection.

Safety Audits

From time to time our Safety Coordinator conducts random surprise walkthrough inspections of our worksites. Each inspection results in a full report that is shared with the general contractor and sub-contractors working at that site. These inspections are aimed at correcting conditions before they result in injury to persons or damage to property.
