Our workers complete jobs quickly and correctly the first time around.

Supervision

All crews dispatched to a jobsite contain one supervising painter that acts as a mentor to new and inexperienced painters. This helps to ensure jobs are done properly and that all safety rules are being followed. Most of our supervising painters have completed the OSHA 10-hour Outreach course in construction and are able to oversee operations and correct unsafe situations before they result in injuries.

Hiring Practices

Personified only hires the best painters and insulators in the Cedar Valley. We require applicants to have a high level of skill and numerous years of experience in their respective fields. All applicants must undergo a rigorous hiring process including a comprehensive background check and drug testing. This ensures the integrity of our company, the safety of our crew and customer's property and ensures our work will continue to have the high quality Personified demands for customers.
